Luxury Tour From Marrakech to Merzouga

Your adventure begins at 8:00 am with a pickup from Marrakech. Travel through the Atlas Mountains via the Tizi ‘n Tichka pass, with photo stops and breakfast along the way. Visit Telouet and its 17th-century kasbah. Continue towards Ouarzazate to explore the UNESCO-protected Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. After lunch, visit the Atlas Film Studios and then drive to Skoura, overlooking many beautiful kasbahs, before heading to Dades Valley. Overnight at a hotel in Dades.

Start the day with breakfast before heading to Todra Gorge in Todgha city. Explore the gorge, then travel to Tinjdad village for lunch. Continue through Erfoud and Rissani towards Merzouga, home to the tallest sand dunes in Morocco, Erg Chebbi. Arrive at the hotel in the late afternoon for relaxation by the pool and Berber tea. At 5:30 pm, ride camels through the desert dunes to the Berber tents. Enjoy tea with nomads, watch the sunset, have dinner, and experience music around the campfire. Overnight at a luxury desert camp in Merzouga.

Explore Merzouga and visit Khemlia village to enjoy traditional music. Visit Lake Dnit Srji, famous for pink flamingos, and explore Rissani, known for its market and historic significance. Lunch with a Touareg family includes Berber pizza with 44 spices. Travel back to Ouarzazate via the Draa Valley and Nakob village, stopping for tea and a visit to Agdez. Arrive in Ouarzazate for an overnight stay in a romantic riad with a swimming pool. Dinner will be served at the hotel.

Depart from the hotel at 9:00 am, traveling through the route of the “Thousand Kasbahs” and visiting the famous Glaoui Kasbah Taourirt in Ouarzazate. Continue to Amerzgane Village and stop in Aglmouss Village for a break. Return to Marrakech via the Tizi ‘n Tichka mountain pass.
